| The American Pride series was inspired by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Each item represents a symbolic piece of our American Heritage. This historical series was introduced in 2002 and retired in 2005. The initial pieces were packaged a red, white, and blue ribbon cloisonné pin and a parchment. Accessories honoring the United States flag were also introduced for each of the gold standard villages but fall under their respective village classifications and are not considered part of the American Pride series. | ||||||||||||
| In 2021, the classification was reactivated for the 20th anniversary with two introductions. They include the symbolic lights that have honored the Twin Towers since 2002 and a Coordinating Accessories dedicated to the memory of the valiant firefighters who gave their all. A portion of the proceeds from the two 2021 additions were donated to the First Responders Children's Foundation. | ||||||||||||
